Do you want to be part of a very focused and exciting engineering team to enhance Microsoft Premier’s Risk and Health platform? Is helping drive a 2.6 Billion dollar and growing Premier Support business something that attracts you?

We are looking for a technical and driven Program Manager to join our Engineering team to continue enhancing a world-class, consumer-level experience for the next installments of the RAP as a Service platform. We are very focused on keeping up with our Service Maturity efforts, Live Site, Security, Privacy, as well as ease for customers to use our Service. Bringing our Services to a much larger set of customers is extremely important, so your understanding of what new customers would want from our Assessment, Education, and Management services will help drive prioritization. As we ship every other week, our drive to Agile methodologies is now part of our DNA. You will help solidify this base.

What will your Core Responsibilities be?
- Drive new scenarios for data collection, analysis, and reporting by understanding current and new customer needs
- Drive project team engagement, stakeholder communication, and status reporting from project initiation through closure
- Run daily and weekly scrum, as well as monthly engineering review meetings. 
- Understand how code is written and help make decisions around implementations
- Analyze existing Agile processes and drive continuous improvement practices for our platform
- Analyze project risks, develop risk management plans and work with the teams to mitigate subsequent issues.
- Drive compliance, security and privacy requirements.
- Hold feature teams accountable for deliverables.
- Manage change via change control processes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical Program Management experience or equivalent 
- Ability to grasp customer/partner requirements and scenarios
- Demonstrated skills in writing specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver results on a cross-disciplinary (PM, Dev, Test) team.
- Good understanding of Azure PaaS, HTML technologies (ISS, ASP.NET, C#,WCF, CSS, Javascript), and SQL Server
- Great project management skills, effectively managing projects without direct authority and working cross teams; experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM is a plus.
- Strong ability to drive alignment across multiple teams to deliver on shared goals within agreed timeframes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for finding optimal solutions in a highly technical layer of the stack
- Independent thinker
- Experience working with hosted services is preferred
- BS or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
