Description

The programming team is seeking a Subscriptions Producer to drive the US programming of subscriptions-based content on Xbox LIVE across Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Building on the excitement of LIVE and the upcoming launch of Xbox One, this is an amazing opportunity to be a part of this ultra-creative, fast-moving team and on the cutting edge of digital technology and targeted programming.

As Subscriptions Acquisition Producer you’ll play a key role in driving the strategy and vision for effective programming campaigns across Xbox 360 and Xbox One that highlight the power of LIVE and attract new customers to this ever-growing community. Working in close partnership with the business and marketing, you’ll be responsible for the development of targeted campaigns, the testing of different programmatic and design approaches, and supporting the planning and strategy for customer lifecycle engagement, transaction and subscription campaigns across Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Furthermore, the role will require you to actively drive programming best practices, both in terms of messaging and design, and an ability to effectively evaluate testing results and be able to communicate new and changing strategies based upon same. The successful candidate will also thrive within challenging deadlines, be nimble and respond to continuously shifting customer trends, possess content publishing expertise and have a passion for delivering targeted and relevant messaging to a demanding audience.

Responsibilities include:
- Plan and strategize programming point of view for acquisition campaigns; proactively manages risk and suggests improvements to existing risk-management processes; makes important business decisions with confidence
- Evolve planning, strategy and execution as new business initiatives are released, accountable for accurate campaign launches
- Develop and drive A/B and multivariate test plans; analyze and act upon shifting results and A/B test findings; develops methods to track and report metrics. Gains agreement on quality and relates it to business value; shifts priorities as required, mitigates risks, and takes corrective action to prevent undesirable outcomes
- Drive strategy and initiatives for best practices for non-US regions acting as Redmond-based SME
- Project managing all campaigns under tight timeframes; develops and communicates sound plans by determining the time, complexity and processes required to successfully achieve the final outcome
- Drive strategic initiatives either individually or by leading a virtual team to deliver high impact business results
- Providing detailed reports with analysis on the performance and findings of programmed campaigns that directly tie to programmatic strategy
- Develop and articulate requirements for tools and targeting capabilities and be able to drive with engineering
- Ensure quality by enforcing programming policies and procedures

This position demands a strong mix of great communication, strategy skills, and experience in driving subscription based campaigns. Proven digital testing (A/B and multivariate) and understanding of marketing/business operations and subscription models are essential.

- At least 5 years of related programming and/or production experience

- Bachelor’s Degree required
