Description

The Office team is looking for a highly motivated SDET to join us in a very unique position on our productivity efforts across Apple platforms. You will be working as part of a small and highly leveraged organization building beautifully tailored productivity solutions, such as OneNote on iOS and Mac Office on OS X, with a unique focus on delivering industry-leading excellence in design and engineering.

You will be joining the team that owns features like co-authoring, user experience, subscriptions, IRM, File I/O, app framework, threading, VB and telemetry -- amongst other key deliverables.

Our group’s mission is to connect millions of customers around the world to Office productivity and to the Office service, including real-time document collaboration in the cloud. 

The team's work is primarily in C++ and Objective-C / Cocoa and other rich technologies on Apple’s platforms. Relevant experience is a plus, but not required. Our positions call for motivated engineers who can learn quickly, independently manage priorities and work creatively and energetically. Our teams tackles a wide variety of problems, from networking and web services to advanced graphics handling to leading edge UI design; you can expect to build a wide range of skills and experiences. Candidates should have experience in multiple phases of the development cycle, preferably on large-scale commercial products. Other requirements include a BS in computer science (or equivalent), as well as strong technical, communication and collaboration skills. 0-2 years of experience in an engineering/testing environment.
