The Director of Dynamics Health Solutions within the US Public Sector Dynamics Team, has the unique and exciting opportunity of combining sales leadership, building and managing an industry-focused partner ecosystem to deliver solutions and defining the innovation strategy to support aggressive revenue growth and increase share in the Health and Human Services & Healthcare markets within US Public Sector. 

The Director, a quota accountable role, will develop the vision, value proposition, sales enablement strategies, and execution plan for the Dynamics-based Health solution areas across Public Sector customer and partner organizations. The Director will also be responsible for engaging our customer executives and position our value proposition accordingly. Doing so requires deep customer relationships, competitive insight, and industry thought leadership. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with depth in sales enablement and channel development through our customers and partners. This candidate needs to have strong industry knowledge; have first-hand experience crafting and executing both short-term and long-term revenue and go-to-market plans; be a strong thought leader in the area of health and human services, healthcare and technology, and demonstrate proven ability to effectively manage within a highly matrixed environment. 

In addition to having a solid sales and business development background, the successful candidate will need to possess the following personal qualities in order to establish credibility and make a meaningful impact with customers, partners, executive management, and other stakeholders: 

Developing sales strategies, driving market opportunity, understanding industry and competitive trends
• Deeply evangelizing the Dynamics Health and Human Services / Healthcare value proposition to customers, partners and influencers. 
• Working at executive levels across customers, partners, and Microsoft.
• Knowledge of effectively working with teams throughout the sales and services/support organizations.
• Exhibiting organizational leadership skills. 
• Strong interpersonal, listening and influencing skills. 

Candidates must have demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas: 
• Proven sales track record with Dynamics CRM or similar competitive product.
• Minimum of 7+ years of direct management responsibilities leading teams with sales quotas and targets.
• 5+ years in health and human services/healthcare industry experience with relevant competitive product and solution knowledge along with deep customer and partner relationships across the United States.
• Outstanding executive presence, presentation and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in value/solution selling methodologies.
• Industry relevant competitive product and solution knowledge.
• Business development/technical consulting experience is a plus; strong writing and presentation skills; ability to direct the efforts of cross-functional teams. 
• The candidate can be located in any major metro area of the United States and require an adequate amount of travel based on the needs of the position. Domestic travel could average 30-50%.
