Description
Position : Zonal Monitoring Coordinator
Location : Mawlamyine Township, Mon State
The main responsibilities of this position will be;
- Provide technical support to ADPs and assist ADPs in set up monitoring system
- Provide ongoing technical support to ADPs to improve monitoring system and quality of reports
- Assist DME Department in set up zonal monitoring system
- Review MMUs, Semi-annual reports from ADPs and provide highlight/feedback to Zonal Manager
- Ensure to update zonal monitoring database regularly (monthly, bi-annually)
- Analyze monthly data and submit reports to Zonal Manager
- Facilitate sectorial technical specialists to review Semi-annual reports and provide comprehensive feedback to Zonal Manager timely
The applicant should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- University Bachelor Degree in any discipline is essential, Social Science or Computer Studies is preferable
- At least three years of progressive experience in program/project monitoring and surveying
- Strong commitment to work in a team environment
- Must have good planning, organizing, communication, persuasion and cooperation skills
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel
- Good command of Myanmar and English and report writing skill in English is essential
- Detailed oriented, matured, professional and able to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Perform well in diverse, cross cultural and different religions is essential
- Must provide a clean criminal background
