Job: Commodity Tracking System Officer

Position : Commodity Tracking System Officer (Food Department)
Location : National Office, Yangon Region
The main responsibilities of this position will be;
  • Usage and maintenance of the Computerized Commodities Tracking System (CCTS) for WVM's Food Programming
  • Ensure that monthly Commodity Status Reports, Recipient Status Reports, Loss Status reports and other relevant commodity reports are received in a timely manner
  • Analyze reports for all food programs and submit highlight potential concerns to Commodities and Food Programming Coordinator in a timely manner
  • Submit all reports to the Global CTS Coordinator and WVM Food Program Coordinator timely
  • Generate country level CTS reports which reflect updated and accurate commodities information by country-wide from each of the food programs which was implementing in WVM
  • Travel to file sites for ensure that CTS staffs understand and utilize CCT effectively and accurately
The applicant should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • University Bachelor Degree in any discipline is essential
  • Must have at least two years experience in INGOs, NGOs, Monitoring and Evaluation is preferable
  • Must have experience in project implementation, monitoring , evaluation and report writing
  • Strong commitment to work in a team environment
  • Must have excellent computer skills – Word & Excel
  • Good command of Myanmar and English
  • Detailed oriented, matured, professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have good analytical skills. Ability to communicate within a cross cultural environment is essential
  • Must provide a clean criminal background
