PURPOSE OF JOB :

The purpose of this position is to ensure that KMSS is maintaining excellent relations and accountability between NO and Dos, as well as to community and committee member of the project area and provide to the NO's staff for the meetings, trainings and all activities and reports to relate supervisor.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To manage the project at the diocesan level .
• To make arrangements for meetings, trainings and all activities related to the program.
• Closely interact with community key leaders, parents and ECCD teachers.
• Monitor and evaluate project areas and write project reports.
• Follow-up visits to project field operations to ensure understanding and compliance with ECCD procedures.
• Provide accompaniment to national staff, representing the organization and building strong relationships with national partners, donors and other stakeholders and networks.
• Participate in the development of the program implementation strategy, work plans and other program documents.
• Develop tools/methodologies to enhance learning. Undertake other related assignments as may be instructed by the ECCD Project Manager KMSS-NO.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENT

• A bachelor's degree preferably in development.
• Minimum (1) years of experience in relate field.
• To undertake duty-related travel within the country and also able to network with the National office.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and social environments as a good team player.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft word, excel, power point and outlook express.
• Good communication in English, Myanmar and in both written and spoken is considered a bonus.
• Proven experience of accessing donor funding and of grant management.

Able to work in field area and ability to speak Local language (Kachin & Shan). Knowledge and understanding of Child Care and development issues.
