Role Overview
An internship opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources Department, to work within the Learning & Development team. The internship will give the candidate an insight into the EBRD and its activities, allowing the incumbent to apply the learning from their studies in a practical working environment, within the L&D function. The intern will support the team in day-to-day operational activities and project work.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Tasks will include on going support to L&D team:
  • Support the day to day operation of the L&D function
  • Monitor and maintain the bespoke Learning and development system
  • Maintain the intranet site
  • Deal with general queries and enquiries from the business
  • Prepare information for briefings for meetings with internal clients
  • Support the L&D in delivering various key projects for the team:
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Good relevant degree from a leading university in the country of education.
  • One to two years experience of working within the HR or L&D function is desirable.
  • Computer literate: Windows NT: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP and relevant HR software.
  • Good drafting and business writing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
