- Currently we are looking for an Logistic Team Leader in Welthungerhilfe intervention area Bogale, Ayeyawaddy Division. The project is LIFT-Co financed. I. Summary

Logistic Team Leader Head of Project, Welthungerhilfe Office in Bogale, Ayeyawaddy Division November 2013- June 2014 25th of October 2013
II.
Specific Responsibilities
Under the supervision of Head of Project, the incumbent will perform the following duties
- Planning and implementing of activities focussing on logistic/ procurement related input
- Prepare and implement all necessary measures concerning the procurement procedures following the Welthungerhilfe/ Donor regulations, e.g. getting quotations and facilitate Tender process
- Manages the daily transport requirements of staff within the project
- Organize transportation and delivery of goods to the project areas
- Ensure proper use of documentation and filing for all logistics procedures, including all relevant monthly reports
- Supervise and follow up the lease contracts for transportation, premises used by the project
- Ensures implementation of proper warehousing procedures
- Coordinates procurement procedures with Yangon office
- Assures that Welthungerhilfe safety and security rules and regulations are implemented by all staff
- Any other tasks that might be assigned by the Head of Project

Requirements: University degree and further studies in relevant field At least 3 years practical working experience in INGO fields Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet Excellent in both oral and written in English and Burmese Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work flexible working hours according to arising needs Team Player
