Senior Administrative and Finance Assistant (Post reference #85935)
Purpose of the post:
Under the diurect supervision of the Operation Officer, undertakes administrative and financial management support services. Incumbent will assist in ensuring efficient and cost-effective administrative and financial functions and ensures that the office's administrative and financial operations are in compliance with the organization's administrative and finance policy, rules and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of secondary school, University level courses in administration and finance, or any other related field or discipline relevant to the job is an asset.
  • 7 years of relevant professional work experience in office management, administration, finance, accounting, human resources, ICT, supply or any other relevant functions.
Competencies: Communication, Working with People, Drive for Results, Analyzing, Applying Technical Expertise, Planning and Organizing, Following Instructions and Procedures.
Additional Skills:
  • Computer skills, including advanced internet navigation and various office applications;
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
