Our goal is to take the all the operational data from the service and turn it into business value for the division and company. We want to understand how our service is doing; where the trouble spots are; what needs attention; what changes need to be made for optimal functionality. We want to help our on premise customers get the same insights about their deployment. All this requires a scale of data handling unheard of before.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with a Monitoring product owner to define the prioritized backlog list.
• Drive execution excellence of the Engineering scrum team with laser sharp focus on early and proactive insights
• Assist the Product Owner and the RV Group Owner in the definition of the prioritized backlog list
• Build internal relationships with Data, Operations, and other engineering teams.
• Be the data champion and help feature teams on-board to monitoring their components
• Build relationships with partner teams such as Office, Bing, Cosmos and Azure.
• Drive KPIs, insights, and change to help streamline business operations and bring customer value

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical excellence and strategic thinking. Monitoring and manageability experiences are strongly preferred. Big data experience and math/statistical affinity are a bonus.

In addition to this, the candidate should have:
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
• 4+ years of experience in program management having delivered multiple product releases
• Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft System Center or any similar monitoring system
• Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies
• Occasional international travel may be required for this job
