Cybersecurity Director Advanced IP Solutions and Threat Intelligence

The Cybersecurity Director will be responsible for managing a threat intelligence team in the creation, innovation, and implementation of advanced IP on premises and managed security services solutions. The Cybersecurity Director will manage our threat analyst teams, have responsibility for our virtual security operations centers, engineering relationships with key internal IP stakeholders, delivery, and technical-business strategy and leadership coordination for the Americas Services Cybersecurity Practice.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
- The management and leadership of consultants and analysts in this area of the cyber business.
- Innovating, partnering, delivering, and maintaining highly impactful, relevant, and profitable cybersecurity offerings in partnership with the Cybersecurity CTO, Incident Response Director, and Protective Services Directors
- Resourcing and managing customer engagements to ensure profitability, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Partnering with the cybersecurity business development and sales team in capturing and closing new customer engagements
- Strategic delivery coordination, capacity, and readiness planning against FY14 and beyond business plans
- Coordination with the Cybersecurity General manager and leadership team as well as the Cyber Sales Manager to drive the Sales, Technical and business messaging across the US, Canada and LATAM
This leader will report to the Cybersecurity General Manager and be a member of the Cybersecurity leadership team.
Qualified candidates should have an advanced degree or equivalent experience along with keenly honed management and leadership experience. Ideally, the candidate will have experience leading a services organization coupled with an absolute passion and deep knowledge of the cybersecurity field. The candidate must have 10+ years of industry experience or related consulting experience. Product-level management, ideally including managed security services development and operations, is desired. Candidates must understand technology and security principles and possess a deep knowledge of the cyber threat landscape. Strong oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills, combined with effective negotiation skills and demonstrated effectiveness as a manager are required.
