Job Description
ICANN has an exciting new opportunity for a Product Manager in our new Online Community Services department. The successful candidate will develop online services programs (SAS) for ICANN and have significant experience as a product owner or product manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Successfully guide services from conception to launch and manage ongoing maintenance
  • Work with internal business owners to define new features
  • and
  • manage roadmap
  • Author wireframes and requirements for all new services
  • Manage the service release cycles
  • Perform A/B, cohort, and
  • multivariate testing on services in production and iterate feature development
  • Work closely
  • with
  • internal engineering, IT ops, and external vendors to implement product development and deploy services to a production environment
  • QA product implementation
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Required Experience
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent,

  • 5+ years of previous product management or related experience
  • previous experience in defining and managing online services
