Partner Business Development Manager

Microsoft needs world-class sales professionals to drive our consumer and enterprise growth as well as to build and maintain our Alliance Partner ecosystem. You will be leading our Alliance Partners, being with them on the front lines to bring the magic of our devices and services to our key Clients. We will provide you with a dynamic tool kit to enable you to become trusted advisor and strategic decision-maker in our business.


Responsibilities:
- Lead Alliance Partner strategy for Central & Eastern Europe
- Build and execute a partner business plan focused on short and long term goals 
- Manage the relationship and development for a defined set of Alliance Partners for Central & Eastern Europe
- Drive Partner commitment to Microsoft through motivating partners to market, sell & deliver Microsoft solutions
- Bring the weight of Microsoft partner resources across sales, technical & marketing development to execute business goals
- Support national, regional, & local execution with Microsoft field resources across segments
- Evangelize partner value to Microsoft stakeholders and Clients
- Drive partner awareness of Microsoft products, solutions, and services to deliver new offerings to customers 
- ntegrate partners with Microsoft field resources across the segments to jointly account plan and close new business together. Specifically, include the community of local Sales Managers engaged on partner sales activities

Qualifications:
- Up to 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational role
- Pursuing MBA studies or graduated from MBA studies in 2013 
- A very strong partner or channel management, or consulting/advisory background 
•Cross-geography experience with partner ecosystem
- Proven background in managing cross-functional teams (marketing, technical and sales)
- Knowledge of solution channel business models with both on premise and cloud offerings
- The ability to influence and impact executives in partner organizations
