As part of the Windows OEM & Devices Support Team, you’ll work directly with top engineers from the technology industry to ensure a high quality end user experience. We work to unblock their most critical and highest impacting issues. We work directly with Windows development teams to ensure Windows runs optimally on today’s computing devices. We work in a challenging environment where you’ll put your technical depth, development & debugging skills to the test on all Windows Operating Systems including those still in development.

Responsibilities: 
You will work closely with our support team and the Windows development teams to analyze and debug critical issues that impact product quality. Frequently, these problems will not only be technically complex, but will be politically charged situations requiring the highest level of customer skill and diplomacy both externally and internally. These issues will involve broad, solid knowledge of all Microsoft’s operating systems or in-depth hardware knowledge; may include ACPI, UEFI, Firmware, iSCSI & SAN technologies, USB, Bluetooth ETC. You will be responsible for deep code level analysis and debugging. You will also interact with development teams to document code defects and suggest design changes to optimize the Windows experience for our customers.

Desired Qualifications: 
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree in C.S. or E.E. and a minimum of four years product support & development and debugging experience. Proficiency in C & C++ development as well as Windows debugging tools are required. Prior knowledge of the product(s) to be supported including Windows storage technologies and all Windows operating systems. Candidates must also have strong problem solving, superior communication and cross group collaboration skills and work well within a team environment.
