We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to provide executive level support for the GM of Services Enterprise Architect team in Microsoft IT. 

This position will require someone that can adjust direction in response to changing situations, accommodate different working styles, and prioritize their own work and tasks.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Proactively managing the GM’s complex calendar with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines

Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings including quarterly offsite with leadership team and extended team

Ensure meetings start on time and results are documented and communicated to the organization with specific action items assigned and scheduled for follow-up

Arranging domestic and international travel end to end

Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations process issues

Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, including solid project-management and problem-solving skills, while following through on issues in a timely manner

Providing organization and leadership required to plan and execute the Annual Enterprise Architecture Summit and large events

Able to work effectively under pressure within short time constraints, and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations

Manages new employee on-boarding including computer and office set-up

Screen phone calls and monitor email

Additional requirements include:
Excellent organizational, analytical and written communication skills
Owning the preparation of presentation materials and off-site meeting logistics 
Process and Approve expense reports, while managing to fiscal year budget
Manage space and provide space management leadership
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of corporate organization, departmental business practices, and tools are strongly preferred. Microsoft experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint required; Visio and InfoPath preferred. Proficiency with internal Microsoft tools (Headtrax, Assetlink, MS Space, MS Market, Calypso) required. Effective written and verbal communication skills essential. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Detail oriented and pro-active against deadlines. Positive customer-service oriented attitude and strong professionalism to work effectively with a diversity of personalities. Self-starter with ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and maintain confidentiality. Willing to participate in activities and have fun with a great team.
