Role Purpose
As a Service Delivery Engineer/Tester for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Online, you would be a member of the Dynamics CRM Engineering team, helping us continue to improve on our Software as a Service offering and 3rd generation Enterprise product.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM engineering team ensures we are maintaining the quality of our products per our quality promises, resolves critical issues that our customers have encountered, and optimizes the engineering process.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about software quality and who have an interest in testing software services.

The role also includes working across multiple teams in multiple regions to contribute to overall quality goals per the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer promises.
Responsibilities include:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise product testing.
Designing, writing, and running test automation as well as improving test infrastructure.
Debugging and problem diagnosis for test and product failures.
Leading the design of better ways to engineer customer hotfixes.
Ensuring constant improvement in overall product quality.
Improving the team’s capabilities and efficiency through mentoring and on-the-job coaching.
Ensuring product quality measurement is accurate and effective.
Key Success Criteria
Clarifies how features or service components should work to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues or operational deficiencies.
Analyzes patterns of defects for the service and its components, and identify fixes.
Provides critical feedback that improves specifications and technical designs.
Appropriately advocates for critical service updates or code fixes.
Identify requirements and create automation or other tools that benefit the service or the broader team of Service Engineering.
Resolves customer issues, while coordinating with support partners, and developers - to execute short term mitigations and identify longer term fixes.
Demonstrates ad hoc testing skills.
Develops test cases for Online Service specific features and scenarios.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Base qualifications:
BS Degree in CS or related field
3-5 years of experience in software engineering
3-5 years of coding in C# Preferred
3-5 years of .Net technologies
3-5 years SQL Server
3-5 years Windows Architecture
CRM software testing experience
