As the SMB Lead Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement a process to effectively channel leads that come in from a variety of sources to the appropriate sales and partner resources. Successfully driving this crucial initiative will require you to work closely with a variety of stakeholders throughout the company. The immediate objective will be a clear, concise plan, with full stakeholder buy-in, that articulates the process for managing leads for both our CRM and ERP products in the SMB segment. You will also have an ongoing responsibility for managing and improving this process, and adapting it to any new technologies, such as the cloud.

Your secondary responsibility will be a set of digital marketing activities geared around helping our SMB partners tell their story more effectively and in a more targeted manner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing these key Microsoft partners with the support they need to grow their business in a targeted and efficient way.

• Ability to effectively influence others, including multiple Microsoft groups and partners 
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 
• Strong organizational, planning and analytical experience
• Success dealing with and overcoming ambiguity to deliver results
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Proven track record of landing strategic sales initiatives 
• Understanding of the Microsoft tele-assist and click-to-chat engines

Desired Qualifications:
• 3+ years of strategic marketing or sales operations experience
• Experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously with accountability for results
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required; MBA desired
• Requires travel (including international) roughly 15-20% of the time
