The Reputation Experience team provides SmartScreen ™ integrated with Windows and Internet Explorer. We are looking for a talented Software Engineer in Test.
We are looking for talented Sr SDE/T who is passionate about our customers safety on the internet, You will own the Smartscreen ™ client and related services testing, You will own the performance and reliability of these services, define and implement the strategy for testing and measuring scale on demand and reliability to these services to handle billions of request per day. You will be solving problem of scale, data quality and troubleshooting Smartscreen ™ client. You will be responsible for working with partners define integration and E-E test plans. Being part of this team enables to you to ship world class abuse detection and prevention services impacting millions of customers on a daily basis while having fun working in strong team of 6 to 7 SDETs, like minded Researchers, developers, System Engineers and teams across Windows Services and Microsoft. You will be work working with highly technical team that deals with validating complex machine learning algorithms and you will be involved in identifying trends of abuse and come up with technologies and services to solve them and integrate these services with Microsoft products.
Specific responsibilities include
Testing the highly scalable Services for reliability, availability and performance
Ship SmartScreen ™ client for Windows and Internet Explorer
Validating the abuse detection algorithms via machine learning and data mining in distributed computing platforms
Collaboration with various teams at Microsoft in enabling the abuse prevention technologies
Collaborate with developers and program managers to deliver high quality product, on-time

Job requirements:
Strong coding backing ground in C++, C#, experience in automation development for clients, services and data validation
Exposure to development and testing of web services and internet technologies
Exposure to testing Clients and scalable services - black and white box testing of clients and services
Testing services that deal with large amounts of data and validating the data quality
Driving end to end scenario validation across windows, windows live service
Cosmos experience is a plus.
