The Windows Reliability, Security and Privacy (ReSP) team is looking for a smart, experienced, creative and highly motivated Program Manager to help drive reliability and the development reliability features in current and future versions of Windows. 

In this role, you will work with research, development, test, and product planning to identify and define new features and processes which will improve the reliability of Windows and the Windows ecosystem. 
We’re looking for someone who has a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, who has excellent organizational and communication skills, and who has demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple feature teams and disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop a strong understanding of existing Windows reliability features and solutions in the ecosystem.
- Define new compelling customer-centric scenarios.
- Write high-quality functional specifications.
- Work closely with development and test counterparts, as well as partner teams across Windows, to design and deliver new features.
- Work with PC Ecosystem Team and external OEM partners on adoption and deployment of new reliability features. 
Qualifications: 
- 2+ years of program management experience, preferably on feature development.
- Strong technical background.
- Knowledge in how Windows works under the hood a plus.
- Passion in learning new technologies outside of immediate feature area.
- Excellent writing, communications, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and management levels effectively.
- 4-year degree in CS, EE, or related field.
