Role OverviewThis role is offered as a 11 month short term contract or an internal secondment opportunity.Responsible for the maintenance and administration of Bilateral Loans for public and private sector clients. The Senior Officer will undertake general day to day administrative duties associated with the Banking Portfolio.Preparing and authorising data/transactions using the Summit, SAP and OMS Systems.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Processing authorised Bilateral Loan disbursements and rollovers for a portfolio of Loans as directed.
- Preparation of funding e-mails to Treasury requiring independent interpretation of Loan Documentation to determine correct financial structure for funding purposes
- Preparation of Billings to Clients for amounts payable under the Loan Agreement.
- Review, interpret and set up signed Bilateral Loan agreements and input into
- Summit for authorisation.
- Input of associated transactions into Summit and SAP
- Independently Create SWIFT Payment messages (MT 202/103)
- Respond to enquiries both internal and external as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with OAD, Banking, Treasury, OGC and other depts. as required
- Completion of Early / Late Receipt SAP Journals.
- Preparation of adhoc reports.
- Minimum education to degree level or equivalent is required and minimum A' level maths
- Attention to detail, eye for accuracy and ability to work to deadlines essential
- Strong computer skills (Windows NT: Outlook, Word and Excel)
- A minimum of 12 months previous experience of SWIFT, Summit and SAP or similar systems required
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Language from Country of Operation would be advantageous.
