Médecins sans Frontières – Switzerland (MSF-CH) is a private non-governmental organization, which provides humanitarian assistance and medical aid where is most needed regardless of race, religion, politics or gender. MSF-CH in Myanmar carries out medical programs in Tanintharyi Region. We are looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of:
Job title : Medical Warehouse Manager

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure storage conditions in main stock of warehouse Manage proper stock IN & OUT and administration Make sure stock cards in file and update computerized in excel Ensure international order reception and proper organization Propose project order, exchange, donation and loan from others Provide stock analysis according to inventory Ensure an efficient supply to MSF activities and others Manage stock in conjunction with the line manager Assume responsibility for the warehouse and its contents Regularly check inventory level (physical counts), keep inventories up to date and monitor consumption
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
Education: Paramedical background is preferable
Experience: Stock management experience is preferable Computer skills
Languages: B……English ……French F…..National language .....................Other dialect (detailed in competencies list)
Personal qualities: F – Fluent | B – Basic | R – Required | A – An asset
Good planning and organization, problem solving and initiative, service and solution oriented, mature, flexibility, ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, open minded, good communication ability to listen
