Medecins sans Frontieres – Switzerland (MSF-CH) is a private non-governmental organization, which provides humanitarian assistance to all victims of natural, man made disasters. MSF observes strict neutrality with respect to political issues and acts without making any discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ideology or political opinion. MSF does not run any political, economic or religious activity. MSF-CH carries out medical programs in Thanintharyi and Yangon Division. MSF-CH has also an office in Yangon where the administrative support is organized. MSF-CH is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the following position

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the outpatient care in MTY clinic: HIV patients (ARV, OI, Complications), TB, STI, PMTCT and Others pathologies inline with MSF guideline and protocol
- Bring interesting clinical cases and provide input into medical case discussions
- Get support from supervisors for difficult cases
- Ensure proper filling of medical files and medical data in patient files, follow the instruction on the use of FUHCIA form in order to have accurate information in the Database
- Provide input on the data collection and analysis of medical activities to technical referent MD
- Participate in meetings organized in the clinic
- Provide support wherever necessary and upon request of line manager
- Give input on Identification of new need items, in term of drugs and medical equipments, in line with pathologies met in his/ her medical practice
- Participate in development of Plan of Action of the project
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
- Recognized medical doctor diploma/degree with valid SAMA
- Previous working experience with HIV/TB control activities would be an asset
- Should have skills on reporting and analysis
- At least 1 year clinical experience essential.
- Fluent in English and Myanmar.
- Organisation skills, rigour, flexibility, ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people, openminded, good communication skills, ability to listen, diplomacy
