FEMIP trainee: General Secretariat - Governing Bodies, Secretariat and Protocol
Duration of traineeship: 3 months (with possible extension for up to 12 months)

Responsibilities
Under the Head of Unit's supervision, the trainee would contribute to further development and build-up of electronic data bases and archiving of documents relating to the decision-making processes of the Bank's governing bodies. This would include, notably, document archive research and classification / archiving of the relevant documents. The work would relate primarily to the Management Committee archives, but if required, the trainee would also contribute to archiving of Board of Directors documents.
Besides, the trainee could participate in the designing, building and structuring of the contents of the Investment Facility (IF) Committee portal, i.e. a collaborative communication tool that will allow IF Committee members and the services to securely access IF documents and collaborate with other members electronically.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with training as a documentalist or a particular interest in documentation and archiving.
- Excellent knowledge of the standard computer tools
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French
