KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Accurately and efficiently maintain all cash and safe deposit access.
• Count money in safe deposit at the end of each day with a witness (one assistant accountant) to ensure that amounts are correct and reconcile with cash register.
• Perform daily banking procedure and cash transfer to dioceses at bank.
• Prepare Cash received voucher and Issue official receipts for incoming cash /bank and take charge of daily cash/bank payment. Ensure full and appropriate control and security of cash in the KMSS-NO.
• Perform cash count and prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash count sheet.
• Perform regular check of the accrual cash balance on hand and reconcile with cashbook.
• Accurately and efficiently maintain all cash and safe deposit access. Maintain advance register/Fixed asset register and submit to Finance Manager.
• Assist to review liquidation report and vouchers requested by assistant accountant.
• Prepared monthly budget VS actual for each project, print from the system, and submit to assistant accountant not late than 3rd working day of the new month.
• Perform any others relevant duties assigned by supervisors.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENT

• University Bachelor Degree in any discipline with finance and accounting knowledge.
• Have at least (2)year experiences in cashiering, preferable in working for Faith-based Organizations, LNOGs and INGOs Highly self-motivated and demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Burmese languages is required.
• Good in computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel applications and good typing skills is preferable.
• Have dynamic, initiative, patient, sympathy and sense of ownership Be able to manage and work with a team
