The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking for its Directorate FINANCE (FI) - PLANNING AND SETTLEMENT OF OPERATIONS Department (PRO) -Back-Office Treasury (BOT) -Liquidity Planning & Control Unit - at its headquarters in Luxembourg:

Trainee

Duration of traineeship: 5 months starting as soon as possible

Objective of the traineeship

To provide support in the area of data quality/testing; share daily tasks related to this activity with the rest of the Cash Management and Liquidity Planning team.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases in the Cash Management and LP tool based on requirements provided by BOT LPC CM team;
• Document results and report them to the supervisor
• Execute tasks related to the LPC unit's daily activity in the area of liquidity planning - as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year student in Finance or other relevant field;
• Basic knowledge of the financial sector;
• Good knowledge of MS office tools;
• English and/or French.

• Analytical and detail oriented approach
