As a ThoughtWorks Studios Developer
You’ll getto:
- Build pioneering tools for teams who aspire to be great
- Build these tools using a lean process that we continually improve upon
- Work full time in our San Francisco office, working next to (and often pairing with) a motley crew of QAs, developers, business analysts, user experience pros and a friendly product manager.
- Experiment and learn something new everyday. Because the kind of smart people we work with are tinkerers and lifelong learners.
- Think through hard problems, and work with a team to make them reality.

Desired Skills & Experience
You’ll bring:
- A love of bringing ideas to life using technology
- The skill to write code in a modern language such as Ruby or Java
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Experience working collaboratively with a team
- Exposure to or at least curiosity around lean practices such as test driven development, pair programming, and continuous delivery
- A penchant for challenging the status quo
Bonus Points:
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails
- Making pretty user interfaces
- Experience with unit testing
- Side projects
You Do Not Need to Bring
- X years of experience: we’re looking for aptitude, not experience
- A Computer Science/Engineering degree – we believe that the best products are built by collaborative, diverse teams from all backgrounds.
