Full Stack Product Developer 

What You Will Do:

• Build great features for Mingle, a project management tool for software teams who aspire to be great
• Pair with other developers using TDD to create robust, production-ready code
• Provide input into the direction of the product and the team
  
  

Skills You Will Bring:

• Minimum 3 years experience delivering production code in a modern language (e.g. Ruby, Java, Python, etc)
• Strong object-oriented programming skills

                   -including strong design patterns knowledge and experience

• Insistence on test-driven development
• Prefer to work in a co-located and fast-paced environment
• Appreciation for software best practices, like continuous delivery
• A penchant for challenging the status quo
• Experience building dynamic pages with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  
  

Bonus Points:

                                             

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Side projects (especially open source contributions)
• Exposure to operations and production support
