The Exchange Mobility Team is seeking a talented SDET to drive our client database testing efforts for Exchange. As a SDET in the team you will be owning and driving testing for out of box experience, device management, app discovery and deployment and syncing data scenarios across our three primary form factors - mobile phones, tablets and desktop. We have a long history of strong test innovation, automation & infrastructure, which allows SDETs to be able to focus on their components and deliver high quality features making it one of the most appealing test teams across Microsoft. We are looking for a self-driven and passionate SDET. As SDET in the mobility team you will have the unique opportunity to work on the new client and gain server side experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaborate with various teams within Exchange and across product groups, has a deep passion for engineering excellence, looking to learn new technologies and mentoring and growing other SDETs in the team. 
Job Responsibilities include:
- Work with Dev and PM counterparts in defining and designing new features
- Design and build test automation for all features
- Contribute to test infrastructure and tools
- Identify important customer scenarios and drive quality

Required qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience with software design and development in C++, C#, or .Net programming
- 3+ years of experience with test planning, design and development for shipped products
- A Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience

The successful candidate will also have:
- Excellent design, coding, testing, problem solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills; great customer focus
- Expertise leveraging appropriate test methodologies, tools, and infrastructure to build effective automation
- The ability to work independently, be self-driven, and ready for a fun and fast-paced environment
