Join the Windows site management team and be a part of team delivering outstanding web experiences for consumers and enthusiasts. We have an opening for a passionate and experienced Site Manager for Windows.com , where millions of people go every day to learn about Windows. 

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and running our online testing program. You’ll collaborate closely with Windows marketing, business intelligence, design, content, and engineering teams to plan and develop industry-leading experiences to test and optimize. Our team is responsible for the consumer experience (windows.microsoft.com) for Microsoft’s flagship product Windows, as well as Internet Explorer, SkyDrive, and Outlook.com.

The right candidate will have experience in engaging customers on the web and working across organizations, disciplines, and geographies to accomplish business goals while delivering against project milestones. You should have experience and knowledge of A/B testing and MVT testing tools and best practices. You should be well versed in using data and customer insights as a foundation to effectively merchandise our products/services while also enabling the discoverability of content within the experience. Measures for success include increased customer satisfaction, improved business results, and greater understanding of customer needs. You will be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced organization that strives to innovate and delight our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and evangelizing testing program for Windows Online. 
Partnering with key stakeholders to understand audience, customer scenarios, business goals and drivers, and success metrics for defined tests
Defining global requirements, creating web plans, and landing the experiences for site content design and discoverability 
Lead cross-team execution of projects with design, content, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver world-ready site experiences
Improving site experiences by analyzing web data, customer needs, and business goals, contributing to forward-thinking strategies
Analyzing, reporting, and communicating site performance, opportunities, and key wins to management and stakeholders

Desired competencies and experiences:
BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline
4+ years of experience planning, managing, or producing web sites, ideally for heavily trafficked consumer experiences
4+ years of project management experience
Understanding of web-based user experience principles and best practices
Experience analyzing web metrics, running online tests and understanding of data-driven decision making principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
Critical thinking, analysis, reporting, communication, and problem solving skills
Self-starter who can work autonomously and across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from the inception stage through launch
Passion for Windows coupled with a strong customer focus and desire to help Windows customers worldwide realize the incredible potential of our products
Familiarity with HTML, XML, and other Web technologies
Experience working with global teams is a strong plus.
