The Network Security Sensor Engineer team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Security to help drive Engineering direction, providing thought leadership from current and emerging security trends.
The Senior Security Program Manager will execute on missions such as:
- Working with Analysts and Investigators to understand common scenarios and workflows
- Providing leadership and knowledge around emerging security risks and trends
- Drive solutions based on new or unmet security risks# Communicate effectively with Service Engineers, Developers, and designers to implement new tools, automation, and processes
- Integration with key partners to understand threat exposure on Microsoft’s Network
- Work with Partners to implement solutions to mitigate current, developing, or potential threats
- Help drive creation of new signatures, heuristics, and processes to help uncover security threats in the environment
- Participate in Incident Response as a security expert, input knowledge and technique into the process
Minimum Qualification Skills
- 7+ years in Program Management Role
- 7+ years in Security Specific Roles# BA/BS degree
- Strong demonstration of Project Management principles
- Deep Security knowledge in Incident Response, Forensics, and/or • Threat Analysis
- Must be a team player and be experienced and delivering via partnerships
- Efficient at multi-tasking while balancing short term and long term goals
