Microsoft changed the world; with a vision of how technology could help anyone be more productive and achieve their greatest potential. It was MSFT who put a PC on every desk. Our work is not yet done. How do you get the best out of a large organization with a bold vision? If you are the kind of person who likes to see the big picture we might want to talk to you. If you believe that progress happens when you look at the biggest picture possible you might want to talk to us. In the Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) Group we are looking for special people who work the way we work to be a part of something big. We show up every day to work for the good of the whole. We understand the company is only as powerful as its people and that is who we serve. Seeing the big picture is only half the challenge; you also need to see the connections. We all speak candidly and act fairly. Most importantly, the people who do best here learn and improve every day. If this excites you, read on for an exciting new position on our WWIC team.
The Worldwide Incentive Compensation team (WWIC) is looking for a high-performing leader to manage the Sales Incentive Compensation (IC) Plan Design for SMSG to influence how we attract, motivate, and reward our sales force to achieve sales goals. The individual will lead the Public Sector, Services, M&O and DPE segments through the key phases of the annual incentive compensation design process to deliver and land all global incentive plans (RBI/UBI/PPI) to the field at the start of each fiscal year.
The Sales Incentive Compensation Plan Design Manager is responsible for all Incentive Compensation plan design proposals submitted to the Microsoft Field Governance Council and managing all executive decisions that are implemented to the global field sales force.
