M&E Facilitator - Food Security (Kachin)

Location: Myanmar

Description

The main responsibilities of this position will be;
  • Conduct monitoring of field level activities to ensure that activities are performed in accordance with the work plan and proposal
  • Monitor the storage of commodities in the warehouse to ensure that they are being kept at the appropriate standard
  • Involve in Project planning and monitor its achievements through available tools
  • Ensure the paper works are done and documented in line with the organizational requirement
  • Maintains good networking with the staff, community and government authorities
  • Support the management with reporting problems and suggesting solutions
  • Perform additional duties and assignments proactively
  • To assume personal responsibility for career development
  • To adhere to World Vision Core Values
The applicant should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • University Bachelor Degree in any discipline is essential
  • Prior experience of working in community development is preferable
  • Knowledge for project cycle and understanding of design, monitoring and education is essential
  • Good Knowledge of English and Computer aptitude
  • Ability to train and mobilize community members, staffs and non-staffs in all aspects of Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Detail focused and able to identify discrepancies and locate process difficulties
  • Detailed oriented, Matured and good interpersonal and communication skills is preferable
  • Experience in commodities management is preferable
  • Must provide a clean criminal background
