• Work with the BGs and SMSG-R to develop trainings required in Role Guide for Productivity TSPs.
3. Establish and nurture TSP Field Community.

• Engage the BGs and other organizations with key content to maintain and grow the Productivity Technical Portal, a single web location to help in content discovery. (This portal was launched in late July 2013).
• Engage with the technical product managers in the BGs and engineers in the CXP Team to ensure there is a coordinated support for our technical Yammer sites - and technical resources made available.
• Lead the Productivity TSP Community by ensuring the Productivity newsletter and Yammer sites effectively address TSP issues.
• Lead and act as the EPG SME supporting Productivity sales model, solutions, offers and technical resources.
4. Develop the Productivity TSP Role Definition, Job Description and Commitments.
5. Influence the Productivity Business Architects in the development of the Productivity Sales Model and TSP Compensation.

Ideally, the candidate has direct experience selling Microsoft productivity products, familiarity with related sales processes, customer and partner requirements, and familiarity with EPG’s field roles and challenges.

• Strong, confident executive communication (written and oral)
• Knowledge sharing and building community among peers in the field
• Influence without authority
• Engine building, project management and operational excellence
• Strategic leadership combined with strong ability to execute x-org and drive for results in ambiguous environment
• Effectively manage budgets and utilize vendor resources
