Description
Readiness Strategy and Planning PM
We are looking for someone who can help drive readiness planning for the DAX for Enterprise Services Program (DAX4ES) - including strategic readiness planning and delivery. This role provides an opportunity to develop readiness planning and activities for key internal audiences that include Microsoft Consulting Services, Premier Support and Customer Support as well as Microsoft Business Groups particularly MBS. This is an exciting opportunity to work across services, Microsoft IT, engineering and finance teams to help provide readiness benefits to the teams working on DAX4ES.
The ideal candidate will have
Prior expertise with implementing business applications, preferably CRM (Dynamics CRM, Siebel, Oracle, Jana, salesforce.com, etc.)
Strong track record of collaborating across teams
Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises (and for internal candidates) and within Microsoft Business Groups, Partner Groups and Sales organizations
Proven ability to transfer industry and market knowledge gained from customer engagements to account teams and other Microsoft constituencies
Global experience across several markets
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to join a highly-motivated and collaborative team
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. It also requires the ability to drive and influence collaborative discussions and decisions with key stakeholders and executives. Outstanding written and verbal skills are a must.
Key deliverables include but are not limited to:
Plan and implement effective, high quality readiness solutions to meet program milestones across the DAX4ES program.
Manage analysis, design, development and deployment for all readiness activities
Develop a suite of readiness assets in multiple modalities to ensure increased productivity for end users
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure the end-user experience is integrated into the overall adoption plan
Develop cutting edge innovative solutions to engage end delight end users including embedded readiness and using social media outlets to drive awareness and adoption
Drive improvements to both audience and stakeholder NSAT
Successfully manage vendors and overall project budget
Influence stakeholders to adopt readiness plans and support the overall effort
Serve as readiness integration lead (SMSGR, ROLEX, MSIT, ROC, etc.)
