WSDS has the charter for development efficiency within Windows Services. Outlook.com, Hotmail, SkyDrive, Microsoft Account and the Windows App Store are all powered by our technologies. We deliver multiple services, which we treat as production quality services and we manage our dependencies to the same.

By applying sound engineering principles, incorporating leading edge industry practices and extensive partnering we innovate in the fundamentals of how software and services are built, tested, deployed and managed in production at a very large scale. 

On the WSDS team we are looking for a Principle Technical Program Manager. Have you been a Development Manager, a Test Manager or perhaps an individual contributor in your career? Have you seen firsthand how improper tooling, technologies and processes can get in the way of an organization’s efficiency? Do you believe that the opposite is true: efficiency in tooling, technologies and processes can magnify productivity? Are you looking for a place where you can innovate, lead and have management support in this space?

Qualifications include:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong service and system design background
Strong User Experience and design fundamentals
Strong project management skills
Experience driving multiple complex projects
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management or Development Management
A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related discipline
