With the release of our current wave of products, with plans for the next major wave shaping up, timing is perfect for an experienced, hands-on, deeply technical, and quality driven SDET to join the CDM Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring quality releases for highly scalable services and enterprise software, designing innovative tools, applying mathematical models along with simulations around scenarios to validate deep algorithms and heuristics that enable fluidity and elasticity of services across cloud boundaries - as well as analyze and improve its bottlenecks to support the scale of a real datacenter.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, an innovative, creative thinker with a can-do attitude. Along with technical excellence, the candidate should possess a thorough understanding of agile-based development and test methodologies.

Qualifications: 
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field 
- Minimum of 3 years of test / development with C#, C++, and/or .NET

Additional Skills:
- Proven object oriented development and design skills 
- Experience writing complex automation. 
- Familiarity with automation tools such as WTT, Magellan, TFS 
- Familiarity with SCOM, SCVMM and Monitoring is a plus 
- Excellent testing skills and prior experience testing and shipping high quality products
- Experience testing, shipping and running enterprise-class products around services, IaaS, cloud computing
- Solid communication skills
- A track record of implementing proper tools to improve engineering processes
- A strong customer focus, and be able to make critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment.
