The Exchange team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on all security related issues and to assist with the development of creative, new security features that take the protection offered to customers and the customer perception around security to a whole new level.
The preferred candidate will be responsible for designing and building security features, analyzing security risks, as well as mitigating the exposure of the Exchange service to malicious attacks.
Clearly, there are a breadth of responsibilities associated with this position, so the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work experience in technical program/project management or engineering, preferably in an enterprise product or service.
- 1+ years’ experience with security or privacy aspects of application servers, web servers and databases
- Demonstrated success as a member of a highly collaborative team
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment
- Good, working knowledge of risk assessment and threat modeling
- Excellent technical writing, documentation development and process mapping skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent; Master of Science in Computer Science preferred
