We’re taking a huge step forward to open new opportunities for end users and developers alike and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated and technically strong senior PM to help make this reality. You will be responsible for building a highly scalable system that enforces the technical, security and content standards on applications. This system is key to maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of apps in Store. So if you like working on services architecture, pattern matching algorithms and want to have a highly visible impact on end user experience of Windows Phone, this job is for you. You’ll work closely with partner teams in Windows, Developer Division, Windows Phone client and especially MS Research to ship our upcoming release and plan broadly for the future of Windows Phone.
Required qualifications include:
- 4+ years of program management experience in a product team defining and shipping software/services
- Excellent core program management skills
- Experience collaborating and negotiating with other teams
- Consistent history of success and high achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of helping others and being a great team player
- Preferred: Experience with scalable services and Azure
