Background
The local expert shall render services related but not limited by the Project component on updating the distance-learning course on detection and prevention of transboundary trafficking of hazardous wastes and other environmental crimes. The aim of the course is to provide relevant authorities including border guards, customs officers and representatives of environment protection agencies with necessary knowledge and skills on the afore-mentioned problem. Services will be provided from 15 November 2013 to 10 December 2013 in accordance with the below mentioned tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- update textual part of the e-learning course according to the workshop participants feedback (changes are needed for 100 slides);
- incorporate changes to the interactive components of the e-learning course according to the participants comments (5 interactive exercises);
- add the relevant materials to the library section incl. text documents, videos and relevant links;
- develop technical guidelines for the course;
- discuss the course with experts and OSCE team;
- consult the National Project Officer on the use of the course.
Necessary Qualifications
- University degree in information technologies;
- substantial experience in development of educational materials focusing on electronic and multimedia products (at least 5 years);
- advance experience in teaching and training (incl. on-line);
- good knowledge of Russian language.
