ICANN has an exciting new opportunity for a business analyst in it's new Los Angeles headquarters!
  • The Business Operations Analyst is a position within ICANNs gTLD Operations team. The position will report to a Manager or Director and will assist various members of the team in the execution of program processes.
Specific Duties (include, but not limited to):
  • Carry out all steps of complex, pre-defined processes, including but not limited to preparing and presenting materials at meetings, performing follow-up, and tracking and reporting of status'
  • Develop reports to provide metrics and status'
  • Perform research and resolve issues
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide/gather information necessary to facilitate Program processes
  • Document and update processes and procedures

Required Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or related business discipline.
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience.
