D Duration of As ssignment – Annual contract with 3 month hs probation period. p Job summary J y: T Assistant The t Camp Coord dination and Camp Manag gement (CCC CM) Officer w will primarily work w with the e C CCCM Officer with the overall implementa ation of CCCM M for the LWF F Rakhine IDP project includ ding the areas s o planning, im of mplementation n, monitoring and a reporting. Together with h the CCCM O Officer, s/he re epresents the e C CCCM program to the IDPs and other im mplementing agencies at Sittwe S level. T This also involves resource e m mobilization, a advocacy and network coord dination. The Assistant CCCM Offic cer is based in Sittwe, bu ut is required to undertake e frequent sup pervision and monitoring visit to the camp m ps and the ho ost communitie es of the LWF F program. Th he Assistant CCCM C Officer r r reports to the CCCM Office er and also su upervises the CCCM progr ram staff and volunteers. S/he S prepares s a submits all leave and ot and ther movemen nt plans to the e CCCM Office er for his/her a approval. The Assistant CCCM Office T er s/he may be b asked to act as Officer in Charge in the absence of the CCCM O Officer. M Major Respon nsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Academic qualification: Bachelors Degree in any subject and preferred in Social Science and Development Studies.
- Experience: 2 years experience in humanitarian setting working in the field of social work and development (if possible with refugee or IDP camps)
- Strong participatory leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge in participatory, rights-based community development and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent working knowledge and skills with MS Office applications Required Skills:
High level of integrity, commitment and professional responsibility Ability to tolerate cultural, educational and religious diversity in the work place Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills Able to work in a team with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and adverse climate General knowledge about the political, socio-economic and social situation of the region Understands cultural sensitivity and team work
