Qualification/Requirement
  • University degree (s) ( Preferably with diploma/ certificate in Business Administration or management )
  • Preferable with proven track record in related job
  • Ability to use standard applications software (e.g. MS Office) and Internet applications
  • Able to work in multicultural environment
  • Able to work with flexible working hours in shift
  • Travel to border area and/or overseas as required
  • Able to read and write in English and Myanmar Job Description
  • To provide administrative support to Senior Admin Officer
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopy and scanning
  • To assist in organizing conferences, seminars and other events
  • Taking meeting notes and perform secretarial related job when necessary
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Admin Officer
