We are a startup group in the Bing Ads team with mission to incubate new ad technologies. Bing Ads has made great strides in monetizing search traffic for Bing and Yahoo. This position is about creating new Ad experiences on a variety of platforms, including Charm on Windows 8.1, bing.com and Windows Phone. We’re looking for a super-smart, passionate developers to help us innovate the next generation of the Ad experience. This is a rare opportunity to be there from the beginning. - You are open to trying out new UX and UI, analyze user feedback daily and react to it on a daily basis
- You thrive in an ambiguous, start-up like environment
- Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented
- Prior UX/UI development experience with either of Xaml/WPF/CSS/HTML5
- Proficiency in s/w design patterns and object oriented programming using C#/C++
- Experience in advertising, web search technologies, scalable server infrastructure, content management, enterprise/database application and managing, processing, and analyzing large quantities of data are all pluses
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
