ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including, travel arrangements and meeting logistics, scheduling, reporting, tracking information for management, research, preparing statistical reports and budget administration. Provide high-level administrative support to Operating Unit Director and other members of the executive team in Sà£o Paulo. Includes frequent interaction with all members within the organization; as well as customers, vendors, and business relations. Make interpretations and recommendations as appropriate.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree and related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience with MS Office, including use of the Internet.
- Experience coordinating projects, setting realistic deadlines, managing a timeline, or related activities
- Experience working with a wide range of people, such as board of directors, donors, volunteers, the public and/or all levels of staff.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Portuguese and English. Advanced Spanish is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Portuguese.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize time and manage diverse activities. Meet deadlines.
- Require database management skills with ability to produce reports. Ability to use advanced computer functions including navigating the Internet.
- Require fluency in English to support global operations. Advanced Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with meeting logistics and events management
