Your success will be driven by:
o Contributing to recruitment, engagement and readiness of partners who can help ensure that the cloud offering will be deployed and integrated to the expectations of Microsoft and its partners.
o Enabling partners to create best of breed offerings such as Web hosting, Hyper-v Clouds, Private Clouds, Application hosting (Exchange, SharePoint, Lync), SaaS ISVs, etc.
o Landing our Cloud offering with the Telcos/Hostersr and ensuring the next workload gets virtualized on Hyper-V vs VMware.
o Developing a CS-Partner ecosystem that ensures effective hand-offs to, and engagements with, the appropriate resources at the appropriate phase of the Go-To-Market plan.
o Working with account team members, partners and/or Services to close deals by reinforcing the business value of Datacenter solutions and acting as an interface between customers and partners/Services.
o Delivering good references and satisfied accounts that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.
o Own the Datacenter Cloud story incl. of our private, hosted and public (Windows Azure) offerings.

The deliverables we expect from you:
- Annual all-up Hosting revenue projections as well as individual team member projections met or exceeded.
- Year-over-year increase in win rates/competitive wins in sell-with offerings.
- 180-day weighted pipeline by sell-with offering, with tight forecast accuracy, as measured by the CS-CRM tool.
- Marketing plan, resources, strategy and accountability to all-up CS account plans developed and aligned
- Sales agreement pipeline and forecast management appropriately maintained
- Prospected and Qualified Opportunities; Effective Opportunity Development.

To successfully perform the duties mentioned above, you will possess:
- Demonstrated expertise selling technology solutions to senior business and IT decision makers by reinforcing the technology value to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrated strategic time management and multitasking skills and experience in a multi-cultural environment, CEE knowledge is an advantage
- Strong, proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding quota using a consultative/solution selling approach.
- Proven record of effective account management, including Account Planning, Opportunity Generation and Management, Communication Plans, and Business Management Excellence.
- Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members.
- Listening to customers (as opposed to telling/selling), probing for business process pains and opportunities, in an effort to meet or exceed their expectations.
