Consumer Software and Services Support (CS3) is looking for an energetic, curious and analytical self-starter who thrives on tackling significant business problems and influencing decision makers at all levels. This position will be responsible for delivering key insights to Line of Business owners in order to drive operational efficiencies and improvements to the overall customer experience. This job provides a unique opportunity to have in depth visibility into key Line of Business operations, as well as a broad view across the Organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 
As a Sr. Business Analyst you will work closely with business partners to understand their business and the key decisions that need to be made. Such decisions may be related to Customer Satisfaction, Support Costs or Revenue. You will help influence these business decisions by providing data driven insight. The ideal candidate will have strong analysis skills, business acumen, and consultative skills. 
Specific Responsibilities include: 
Building strong partner relationships, establishing your value as a key business consultant; become the “trusted” data and insights advisor to the Line of Business teams 
Creating analytic plans that will generate insights to inform short and long-term business objectives 
Providing reporting and analysis requirements to key development partners 
Synthesizing information from a variety of internal and external sources to support actionable business decisions 
Ensuring adhoc reporting is available to Line of Business teams as needed 
Driving new reporting solutions based on partner needs 
Simplifying reporting delivery and usage wherever possible 
Ensuring the highest level of data integrity in all data sources and ensuring consistent output across all global reporting teams 
Delivering solutions globally 
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated work experience in Accounting, Reporting, Finance or Business Analysis
● A BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Management or Accounting or equivalent work experience
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Excellent communication, collaboration, organization and business partnership skills required
● Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities with delivery deadlines in fast paced, complex environment
● Familiarity with customer support a plus (call centers and online support for Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales)
● Great attention to detail/accuracy
● Ability to work with large data sets and utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information, and communicate meaningful information effectively.
● Strong Excel and SQL knowledge and usage skills
