The Enterprise Services World Wide Sales Leadership team is responsible for planning, driving, enabling and transforming the Services business (both MCS and Premier), specifically the Sales motion within Services and EPG, to grow Microsoft’s strategy in Cloud, Devices, and Services. 

The Enterprise Services Sales Strategy & Transformation Leader will:

- Assist the WW Services Sales Leader build a team that will drive an evolutionary, deep, and transformational change in the Services Sales organization to support Microsoft’s future strategy. 

- This is inclusive of Corporate, Field Strategy and Field Execution to grow our business across our respective Business Lines, Solutions, company expectations.

- This critical Leader will drive Sales alignment with EPG, BG’s, and SMSP.

- Will deliver business actions and results to enable agility in our decision making and propel our competitive market position, and drive the adoption of necessary processes and execution components of our strategy, including Vision, Mission, Strategy, Future Sales Model, Leadership, Territory and Account strategies, Area Alignment, IP development, Sales Community development, Compensation, Incentive, and Retention Strategy, Field Readiness, Training and Enablement, Conflict Resolution and ROB execution.

- This Role will serve as a Key Advisor to the WW Services Sales Leader, WW Services Leader (KH) and SLT Members.

- This Role will have the capability to serve the WW Services Leader at any Executive Function - Externally or Internally in a “Divide and Conquer” approach across the Globe.

- This role will be 50% HQ based and 50% Field based.

Specific Responsibilities include:

- Assessing HQ and Field Sales teams to determine readiness, leadership capabilities, and potential to drive through the necessary transformation required to be successful for Microsoft.

- Building a 5 year Strategy for transformation and growth in key areas, including Cloud, Devices, Services, as well as Dynamics CRM and ERP, Business Intelligence and Big Data capabilities, Mobile devices and applications, Enterprise Security, Datacenter Transformation and the proliferation of Microsoft’s product and services portfolio.

- Driving the transformation, from Headquarters function to Time Zone, to Area, to Sub and Multi-sub geographic functions to ensure we have the best Sales Management and Leadership, and Selling capabilities. 

- Assessing, creating, and implementing a new strategy around organizational design, compensation, KPI’s, fulfilment, executive information systems, and reporting.

- Assisting the WW Services Sales Leader in developing a new strategy for the integration between EPG and ES Sales to maximize our go-to-market penetration and execution.

- Driving integration, Solutions and frameworks between the Services CTO organization, MCS and Premier leadership to capture the market with relevance.

- Driving a new culture of Accountability, Visibility, Speed, Responsiveness and Global DNA/sharing between Sales Leadership, Selling Community and Services Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will have:

- External, competitive, market-oriented Sales and Marketing expertise/proven experience
- Services Experience in a proven System Integration or Big Technology Firm
- Deep Experience conducting Global, Cultural, Complex, Long term Transformations in Sales AND Services, in a Major Technology Corporation, sustained results, over 10+ years.
- Deep experience in Delivery, having Served Customers in multiple markets across the globe
- Deep experience in Sales, having Sold-to Customers and developing long-term, sustainable relationships in the market
- Deep experience operating at the most senior levels of a Fortune 50 Corporation. 
- Experience dealing with a workforce of many thousands of Sales and Services professionals.
- Proven experience growing a business and achieving multiples of 3-5X YoY and EPS growth of $1-3 per share.
- Expertise in working with Clients at the CXO levels with deep impact in Industries and Communities across the globe.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work in a Matrix environment and will not care about reporting structures. She/He will be masterful in Influencing, Driving and Developing Power in the most precarious of situations, and will not take Defeat or NO for an answer to achieve the Corporation’s goals. 
- The ideal candidate will have a powerful personality and will be considered as a Successor to the WW Services Sales Leader, in addition to being a Hi-Potential Candidate for Succession within Microsoft for other positions.
