With major Microsoft Dynamics product releases coming during FY14 and continuous innovation in the MBS Business Strategy, it is more important than ever that we build and deliver both to the Partner Ecosystem and to the Microsoft field an end-to-end Products & Business Solutions Readiness strategy and execution that embraces the MBS vision, the needs of our partners, the requirements of the MBS & SMSG field and our customer’s needs. 

With this in mind, we are looking for a Sr. Readiness Leader that will lead overall MBS Readiness Strategy, Plans and execution taking the accountability to design and execute in close partnership with MBS R&D, MBS PMG, the Partner Sales & Strategy Team, the Enterprise Strategy Team, EPG, SMSG-R, MSL, CSS, MCS and WPG. 

We are looking for candidates able to lead, drive and execute overall MBS Readiness Strategy across multiple organizations and ecosystems, using innovative and Compelling approach, delivery mechanisms and measuraments to increase Organizations and Sellers Capabilities and maximize impact on the business while building long term Capabilities with:

1. People leadership Skills to manage a team of MBS Readiness Managers.
2. Build long term MBS Business Solutions and Product Readiness Strategy in close partners with Engineering team, PMG, Partners & Enterprise Group.
3. Owns relationship with different groups, orchestrating overall readiness Plans and driving execution through a team of MBS Readiness Mgrs reporting to this role.
4. Drive as IC specific Readiness programs and initiatives to amplify impact of overall MBS Readiness.
5. Define and lead execution of MBS Readiness Programs and process to support our Organization Capabilities requirements and Partners Requirements.
6. Driving Daily execution of MBS Readiness communities and innovation trough Partners and to the field on existing programs, process, tools and delivery mechanism ensuring are aligned to Strategy growth requirements and scorecard accomplishments.
7. Leads Strategy and Readiness Change Agenda together with MBS LT and Quarterly reporting on readiness, FRI progress and Capacity transformation to ensure on-going process.
8. Ensuring continuous improvement & success measurement systems are in place for the different communities, drive improvement based on Readiness Assessment, Operating Models requirements and alignment into Product releases Cadence.
9. Work along of the MBS Sales & Operations group, in close partnership with CRM & ERP Engineering teams on specific initiatives to help drive MBS Readiness Agenda.

Top Requirements Critical to the Role:
1. Proved experience on People Leadership Capabilities. Background and knowledge of overall Sales, Partners and Marketing discipline.
2. Understating of Business Application and Microsoft’s Offerings.
3. 5+ Years of solid Programs Management and/or Field Operations Experience and project planning.
4. International Experience required and understanding of how Microsoft field work.
5. Ability to measure, track and report progress, translate business priorities into organizational capabilities and effective communication skills required.
6. Ability to influence and lead teams to achieve broad business objectives, real-time problem solving and ability to influence highest level of programs adoption in the field together with real-time problem solving.
7. Ability to influence and drive results at all levels of an organization.

Other highly Valuable Competencies:
1. Proven track record of driving Strategy initiatives within BG, Products and/or Field programs and effective work as an influencer in high-level cross-organization situations. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and very strong program management skills. 
2. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within R&D &SMSG; working with senior’s leaders, people leadership, field and BG driving end-to-end Strategy, execution of defined Programs.
