The MasterCard Foundation is an independent, global organization based in Toronto, Canada, with more than $6 billion in assets. As Director, Communications, reporting to the CEO, you will develop and deliver on a full-function, integrated communications strategy. You are an accomplished generalist and senior communications leader who has reported to the CEO in a complex private or not-for-profit organization of stature. A relationship builder and influencer, you have superior oral and written communications skills, and are able to communicate complex concepts in compelling ways. Able to think strategically and execute tactically, you will analyze trends, opportunities, and risk, counsel and collaborate with peers, mentor your team to high performance, and implement standards and metrics for internal and external communications efficacy. Learning from its work and communicating those insights are at the core of the Foundation's strategy and mandate. You and your team will work to build the international standing of The MasterCard Foundation for funding effective initiatives, learning from results, and sharing outcomes and knowledge freely.
